I generally visit the Bookstore of the Waves every week after going to the local market. As a voracious reader there is no shortage of great books to choose from, and while it is primarily a used book store, they also have a great selection of new titles, many of which focus on Costa Rica. Leo, the store manager, is friendly, knowledgeable and fully bilingual. The majority of the books are in English, however there are titles in Spanish and other languages, and pretty much every genre of writing can be found on the shelves.
