WAFFLE MONKEY is an independently owned café and waffle house built on a passion for good quality coffee and tasty Belgian style waffles.

We currently have two locations – with our first in the popular surfing town of TAMARINDO, GUANACASTE on Costa Rica’s Northern Pacific Coast. We recently opened our second location on the waterfront in GEORGE TOWN, GRAND CAYMAN in the Cayman Islands
