Immo Costa Rica Real Estate was created when Charlotte, an entrepreneur from Belgium, and Gabriel, a lawyer and notary from San Jose, envisioned a new and better way of dealing with the intermediation of buying and selling real estate in Costa Rica.  Both had concerns about the lack of professionalism they had experienced with some realtors whose priorities had shifted from advising and protecting their clients to solely being concerned about making the most profit.

So Together, Charlotte & Gabriel created a small office of real estate professionals who work together in a non-competitive sales environment to ensure all of their clients receive the highest quality service, professionalism, and transparency, in a 24/7 legal counsel environment given by the skillful hand of Gabriel’s Law Office, Clare Facio Legal.
